The professional consultant service is where we can come to a property which a client is renovating and offer advice which will add value to a property. This may include advising on colour schemes, room layouts and budgeting ideas. We also have access to supplier lists where renovators can get great discounts. The price of our professional fee is always saved by the great renovating advice which is given and the discounts which can be obtained by our inside knowledge.
Full Engagement is where clients allow Property Purchasing Consultants to help them through the whole purchasing process. A consultant will go and find the property which meets with the clients purchasing requirements, provide a full analysis, organise building inspections, Registered Valuations, Building Inspections, LIM reports and on site rental assessments if required. This service is designed for all investor’s whether they are new to investing or experienced. It is also a perfect service for investors who don’t have much time.
